If I am assigning a task or project, it would be nice to have that conversation and be able to archive it in the documents. From a more long term aspect, it would be nice to have that as a feature in the email creation tool. We (users) would click on collaborate and the interface would change to something like the <a href="http://piratepad.com" rel="nofollow">piratepad.com</a> I know the Infusion team is cranking out the new interface for editing right now so you are really busy. Do you have any new "Top Secret" stuff for Infusionsoft gear-heads coming up? Always looking for blog fodder. I would use it right away for internal collaboration between users.
